Why Untitled 1975?

Born in 1975.  Life as it is, is well-lived, currently a collection of memories and moments without a title.  I'm curating my life into something I both need and want.  Logically, I came up with Untitled, 1975.

For the last few years, I wrote about my experiences as a thirty-something in search of love.  Then one day, I bought a camera.  Thinking it would take my blog to a new level.  Actually, I was just tired of talking about love ALL the time and well, things got crazy.  So the camera was a welcome escape.  The thing about taking photos is that you don't have to say a lot.  You just need to figure out what you want to showcase.

Since then, which hasn't been long at all, the camera has changed my life.

This blog was born shortly after.

Let's work on the cultivation of our lives together.  The way I see it - it's about the moments, the minutes and the hours, as Jill Scott aptly titled her collection of poetry.  They all collectively add up to the years.  The years we reflect and reminisce.  The years we regret. Zora Neale Hurston once wrote, "There are years that ask questions and years that answer."

The more answers I find, the more questions I have.

Walk along with me on this journey.
